Abbas is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and is currently working as a Deputy Headteacher for the Mercian Trust. Abbas has a background in science and has worked as a senior leader within 5 secondary schools, all within areas of high deprivation. Abbas has studied and completed his NPQSL, Masters in educational leadership and is currently completing his NPQH.
Meena Wood
Meena Wood, an Honorary Fellow of Educational Leadership at Birmingham University and Chartered College Board Member, brings extensive expertise from her roles as HMI Ofsted, Principal, and international education consultant. She is an author of key publications on curriculum and accountability, a KHDA Emirates inspector, and a leadership coach. Meena passionately advocates for access, participation, and curriculum innovation to support learners of all backgrounds.
