Empowering DEI Leadership in International Schools

This workshop is designed to equip current and aspiring DEI leads with the insights, skills, and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the unique environment of international schools. The course will take place on 14 March 2025, from 9:00am-12:00pm GMT (UTC).

Delivered by Being Luminary, this course aims to help participants explore the scope of the DEI lead role, including essential responsibilities, strategic planning, and the challenges of influencing school culture and policy from outside the traditional leadership team.

The session aims to build emotional intelligence (EQ) skills, particularly in managing the balance between aspirational goals for equity work and the practical realities of their specific school contexts.
