That’s why the OECD is launching a new webinar series, Guided Tours of Education Evidence Platforms. Each session offers a practical introduction to a leading platform and how to use it.
We open the series with the OECD Education GPS: the OECD’s one-stop hub for internationally comparable education data, policy analysis and country insights. OECD Analyst Jean YIP will guide you through what the Education GPS offers, how it is organised, and how to get the most from it. You’ll learn how to explore topics from early childhood education to adult skills, compare countries, and create customised country notes.
We will then work through a practical example: Dennis van Gessel from the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science will share his experience as a senior policy advisor, using the GPS to turn a real question into usable evidence. There will be plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion throughout.
