Education for the 21st Century (E21C) is a medium-sized multi-academy trust (MAT) of eight schools (four primary and four secondary), based in London and the south-east of England, with over 6,000 pupils and 800 staff. The trust has been on a journey of transformation over the last three years, following a financial notice to improve in 2019.
At E21C, our mission is to improve outcomes, transform lives and enable social mobility. This is because we know that these are the most important things that we can do to positively impact our community. As a body of staff, we achieve this through aligned autonomy, a clear backbone, strong culture, academic rigour and smart systems, underpinned by our values of trust, kindness and endeavour.
