The Chartered College of Teaching and IOE, UCL’s Faculty of Education and Society, are carrying out a project funded by the Education Endowment Foundation which aims to improve our understanding of flexible working in schools. In the research we are exploring how offering offsite PPA time impacts teachers’ wellbeing and job satisfaction.

How to get involved

Are you a state primary phase headteacher or leader of a MAT that includes primary schools?

Do you currently offer onsite PPA?

If yes, we want to hear from you!

The aim of this survey is to understand whether it would be possible for schools currently offering onsite PPA to offer offsite PPA.

Your answers will not represent an explicit commitment to participate in a study.

Participants will have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw for a chance of winning one £50 Love2Shop voucher.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete and can be accessed here.
